Return & Refund Policy

At NOT AFK, every piece is made with care and undergoes quality checks before being shipped. Since our products are made to order, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product or size due to an error on our part.
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

We do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

2. Size & Fit

Please carefully check our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size, we may not be able to offer a return or exchange because our products are made to order.

If you're unsure about your size, contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging, if damaged
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Refunds

Once your return/refund request has been approved, the applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that:

Have been worn or washed
Have been damaged after delivery
Have been altered or modified
Are returned without prior approval
Have been damaged due to improper care

6. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to a defect, wrong product, or incorrect fulfillment by us, we'll arrange a replacement subject to product availability.
